I’m Daniel C. Rendon.
I live in Houston, Texas, building tools that help people explore with NASA.
I’ve always liked taking things apart to figure out how they work, and eventually realized I could build things too. That curiosity led me into software development, where I get to combine creativity with problem-solving every day.
Over the years, I’ve built everything from internal tools to public-facing platforms, with a focus on making things that are useful, reliable, and easy to navigate. I enjoy working across the stack, learning as I go, and finding clean solutions to messy problems.
Right now, I work with NASA, helping build open-source portals and public tools that let people explore the agency’s work more directly. I’m especially interested in projects that make complex systems feel approachable and useful to the people who rely on them.
